Job Title: Business Development Manager (SaaS)

Location: Dubai / USA (Remote)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with strong B2B SaaS experience and exposure to the USA market. The ideal candidate will have worked in an affiliate marketing company and have a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions in the Pay-Per-Call (PPC) or call tracking space.

Who Can Apply

Candidates must have prior experience in an affiliate marketing environment, including companies involved in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, pay-per-call, lead generation, or media buying. Examples include CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, ClickDealer, MaxBounty, Admitad, Awin, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients, including brokers, advertisers, and publishers, in the Pay-Per-Call industry.

Develop and execute outbound sales strategies using LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking.

Conduct product demos and explain Teldrip's call tracking and routing features.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Understand customer pain points and position Teldrip's solutions effectively.

Handle negotiations, contract closures, and ensure client satisfaction.

Stay updated on trends in call tracking, Pay-Per-Call marketing, and performance marketing.

Analyze competitor products and identify Teldrip's unique selling points.

Provide feedback to the product team for feature enhancements.

Drive revenue growth through subscription sales, upselling, and partnerships.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales messaging and strategies.

Industry Expertise

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years in B2B SaaS sales / Pay-Per-Call / Call Tracking industry.

Must have experience in selling PPC products and working in an affiliate marketing company.

Experience with call tracking, lead generation, or MarTech platforms is a plus.

Strong understanding of performance marketing, VoIP, and call attribution models.

Sales & Business Development

Proven track record of hunting and closing deals in a SaaS environment.

Experience in solution-based selling, lead nurturing, and account management.

Ability to develop customized proposals and pricing strategies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
