Job Description

Hiring: Senior Business Developer / Sales

Coonex is a marketing agency helping businesses grow through digital marketing, paid media, social media management, CRM solutions, automation, and growth strategies.

We are looking for a Senior Business Developer / Sales to join our team on a full *remote* basis.

This role is focused on bringing in new clients, managing sales conversations, preparing proposals, running online meetings, and closing deals.

Role requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience

• Previous experience in an advertising agency or marketing agency is a *MUST*

• Proven experience in closing deals

• Fluent in English and Arabic

• Strong cold calling skills

• Able to prepare professional proposals for clients

• Confident in running online meetings and presenting services clearly

• Good understanding of CRM management and sales pipeline follow-up

• Able to build strong client relationships and understand business needs

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely

Main responsibilities:

• Find and contact potential clients

• Make cold calls and follow up with leads

• Book and manage online meetings with qualified prospects

• Understand client needs and suggest suitable marketing solutions

• Prepare and share proposals with clients

• Present Coonex services in a clear and professional way

• Manage leads and opportunities through the CRM

• Follow up until the deal is closed

• Achieve monthly sales targets
