Business Development Manager - PR and Marketing

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with a proven track record of generating new business, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions effectively.
  • Close sales deals and ensure a smooth handover to internal teams for project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to maximize retention and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to refine strategies.
  • Participate in networking events and conferences to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the GCC, preferably within a PR agency or media platform.
  • Proven ability to close deals and consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in pitching services and building client relationships.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of branding, marketing, and client strategy.
  • Experience managing client expectations and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
