Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in business development, preferably within real estate development.
• Strong network within the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
