We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – Saudi Arabia

As part of our expansion into the Saudi market, we are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of the RAM® Mounts brand in the region, with our regional office based in Dubai.

Location: Saudi Arabia (with collaboration with our Dubai office)

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of RAM® Mounts across Saudi Arabia, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in market growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the RAM® Mounts brand in Saudi Arabia

• Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, clients, and key stakeholders

• Work closely with the Dubai office to align regional strategy and operations

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Represent the brand at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role

• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market

• Experience working with international brands or regional expansion is a plus

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions

• Fluency in Arabic and English
