Job Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships with local and international clients.
    • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and potential growth opportunities.
    • Propose strategies to tap into emerging markets and expand the company's client base.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate with management to define business goals and growth strategies.
    • Develop and execute plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Contract Negotiation:
    • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with clients and partners.
    • Ensure compliance with local laws and business practices.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business strategies.
    • Act as a liaison between the company and its clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA) is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or partnership management roles.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
    • Knowledge of the local market and business environment in Qatar.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
    • Professional certifications in sales, negotiation, or business management are a plus.
Remuneration

  • Base Salary: QAR 180,000–QAR 250,000 annually (based on experience and market trends for 2025).
  • Benefits:
