Business Development Manager

Savoy Insurance Brokers is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

If you have a passion for business development, strong networking skills, and experience in insurance sales, we would like to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business opportunities across corporate and SME segments
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Promote Motor, Medical and General Insurance solutions

• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within the client portfolio
• Maintain an active pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in insurance sales/business development preferred
• Good knowledge of the Qatar market
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills
• Target driven and self motivated Qatar driving license preferred
