Business Development Manager – Security Guarding Services Sector
Job Objective:
Drive business growth within the security guarding and security services sector by acquiring new clients, developing existing accounts, and identifying new projects, tenders, and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development and sales strategies within the security guarding sector.
- Identify and secure new clients, projects, tenders, and contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with government and private-sector clients.
- Manage tenders, commercial proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
- Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract signing.
- Analyze the Saudi security services market, competitors, pricing, and opportunities.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain existing accounts and drive contract renewals and business growth.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure successful delivery of security contracts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in Business Development and Sales, preferably within the security guarding, security services, or facilities management sector.
- Strong experience with government and private-sector tenders and contracts.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and security services industry.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and sales skills.
- Arabic and English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
