Business Development Manager

See & Recruit is a Boutique Executive Search firm with presence in Dubai and India. We are focused on Mid-Senior, Senior and Leadership hiring in Real Estate & Financial Services Sector.

In Dubai we are 5 member team and growing. We are looking to onboard a Senior Candidate who can ideally lead the team and also be strong Individual Contributor as well as have ability to generate new business for the company. Ability to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Business Development & Client Management (30%)

• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand clients in Real Estate and Financial Services sector
• Maintain existing business
• Think critically when planning to assure project success

Recruitment Execution (40%)

• Achieve Revenue Target of Individual Contribution
• Work on Mid-Senior and Senior roles in GCC
• Build relationships and contribute in mapping talent in Real Estate and Financial Services sector

Team / P&L Management (30%)

• Business Allocation to ensure Team achieves their Revenue Target of Individual Contribution
• Custodian of creating strong professional Culture and representing our Brand in Middle East

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years prior industry experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
