Business Development Manager / Senior Executive – Dubai

A leading international law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager/ Senior Executive to join its Dubai-based regional business development team.

This role will support a busy disputes practice across the Middle East, working closely with senior stakeholders on strategic business development initiatives including pitches, client development, market intelligence, events, directory submissions, and profile-raising campaigns.

Requirements:

-business development/marketing within a top international law firm

-Strong disputes/litigation practice exposure preferred

-Experience with legal MBD databases and research tools

-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

-Strong pitch, proposal, and project management experience

-Commercial awareness of the UAE/GCC legal market
