Business Development Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Manager Latin America, based in Corporate office bangalore. The manager will oversee the strategic planning and execution of business operations within Latin American markets. Responsibilities include identifying and capturing business opportunities, managing relationships with key stakeholders, conducting market research, and coordinating marketing efforts to expand Shivaxy Pharma presence in the region. The manager will also ensure compliance with international regulatory standards and foster a strong network to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in international business development and market expansion
Experience: 5 yrs
Strong skills in market research and competitive analysis
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
Familiarity with LATAM business culture, regulations, and market dynamics
Proficiency in English/Spanish is an added advantage
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a strong advantage
In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards including WHO-GMP, USFDA, and EU guidelines
Master's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or relevant field preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
Travel across Latin American markets
