This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager specializing in Signage and Graphics, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The role involves achieving sales targets, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success. Regular market research and competitor analysis will also be required to identify industry trends and enhance business strategies.

• Strong business development and sales expertise, with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve targets in the signage and graphics industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Capability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and high-quality deliverables.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Prior experience in signage, advertising, or related industry is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other additional languages is an added advantage.
