Business Development Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 10 years sales, marketing and business development experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company.
• Experience in sales of electronics/electrical parts, components and related products
• Experience in Project Management Communication, presentation and negotiation skill in Japanese language (equivalent to JLPT N1) is required to face and communicate effectively with Japanese speaking clients and Japan HQ.
• Self-motivated, interest in sales and new business development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Words and Power Point
• Frequent travel to factory in Batam Island

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• New Business Development and Project Management for Electronics Manufacturing business
• Build and execute business development plan to achieve business aims and the sales targets, develop innovative strategies to maximise results.
• Work with management to develop short- and long-term business plans
• Maintain strong communication with new accounts to ensure long-term retention
• Manage and service existing customers accounts
• Lead contract discussions to secure profitable business deals
• Support customers in product quality and logistic requirements
• Supply chain management related to vendors, factory and customers
