Job Description for Business Development Manager
About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist with a proven track record in the IT SaaS industry. This role demands someone who understands the SaaS sales cycle end-to-end, can confidently engage with senior decision-makers, and has the hunger to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT SaaS domain
- Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, especially C-level executives
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, marketing) to build tailored client solutions
- Track pipeline activities, revenue forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM data
- Representing the company at industry events, networking platforms, and client meetings
- Provide insights into market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT SaaS industry in KSA region
- Demonstrated success in closing B2B SaaS deals and meeting sales targets
- Strong understanding of IT, SaaS models, cloud solutions, or enterprise software sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with C-suite clients
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong team player.
- Arabic speakers and must have local relevant experience.
