Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Manager will develop and execute strategies to identify business growth opportunities, build relationships with clients and financial institutions, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Originate new business opportunities for debt, equity, structured finance & advisory
Identify and onboard SMEs, mid-market companies, promoters & business owners
Generate leads through networking, referrals, online, bankers, CAs, lawyers & consultants
Meet clients to understand funding needs, financials, timelines & expectations
Advise clients on best-fit funding structures (not limited to loans)
Pitch Synergy's fundraising and advisory capabilities
Convert prospects into signed mandates
Coordinate internally for & bank/investor submissions
Act as single point of contact for clients during deal execution
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Represent Synergy at networking events, industry forums & business meets
Maintain lead pipeline, MIS & deal status reporting
