Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives within the construction and engineering sectors.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through proactive networking, client meetings, and market research.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from prospecting through to negotiation and contract closure.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to develop tailored proposals and project bids.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to inform business strategy.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.
- From 8 - 10 years of experience in a similar business development role within construction, MEP, engineering services, or related sectors.
- Proven success in managing large-scale client portfolios and delivering consistent revenue growth.
- Must have a strong, existing client network in the same industry.
- Candidate's network and business potential will directly influence her compensation, benefits, and commission.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
