The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and a strong understanding of testing methodologies. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the testing services sector.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase our testing services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
- Prepare and submit proposals and bids in response to client requests.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
- Attend industry conferences and events to promote the company and network with potential clients.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6-12 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in testing services or related industries.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
