Target Industry for the Business Development: Food & Beverage (F&B) industrial segment

Compensation: AED 5,000 to AED 13,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and suitability.

About the Role

We are looking to explore and onboard a dynamic professional to develop and grow our MNC product range of industrial lubricants and cleaners within the Food, Beverage, and Dairy industry segment. The role focuses on technical business development, customer engagement, product demonstrations, and commercial closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business opportunities for industrial lubricants and cleaners in the F&B, beverage, and dairy sectors.
  • Meet and engage with technical stakeholders such as Quality Control, Production Managers, Maintenance Heads, and Plant Engineers.
  • Understand customer processes and technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and evaluations at customer sites.
  • Work closely with the principal/company's technical team for critical demonstrations and application support.
  • Drive negotiations, finalize commercials, and close business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Participate in technical and product training programs to stay updated on applications and industry standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical or Mechanical.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in Specialty chemicals, industrial chemicals, lubricants, cleaners, or technical sales preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, presentable, and confident in interacting with senior technical professionals.
  • Ability to understand industrial processes and translate technical needs into commercial solutions.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a field-based business development role.
  • On-site technical support from the principal during critical customer demonstrations and trials.
