We are looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for generating new business, acquiring clients, and achieving sales targets for training and certification services.
- Identify potential corporate clients, government entities, and institutes
- Approach and open new client accounts
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Promote training courses, certifications, workshops, and corporate programs
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision makers
- Close deals and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business
- Upsell and cross-sell additional training solutions
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth course delivery
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings
- Track market trends and competitors
- Maintain sales records and submit sales reports
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns
- Meet KPIs including revenue target, number of new clients, and conversion rate
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in B2B sales (training/education industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
Compensation: Basic salary + commission
