Trescal entered India in December 2025 through the acquisition of Transcal India, the leading calibration provider in Bangalore and Hyderabad. The India market represents significant opportunities for growth with existing Trescal global clients (an activity referred to as cross-selling) and domestic and small medium clients.
The Trescal India Business Development Manager is a new role created to support the sales development, especially the organic growth of Transcal, by building and developing the teams and processes needed to leverage the market opportunities and achieve the company's sales objectives.
These objectives include : developing sales strategies to maximize growth and margins, driving revenue growth through Business Development and Account Management, managing and developing the sales teams, defining and implementing sales policies, ensuring customer satisfaction.
