Business Development Manager Tyres, Batteries & Lubricants

A leading UAE business group specialised in automotive & mobility solutions is expanding TBA (Tyres, Batteries, Lubricants Accessories) business in Abu Dhabi — and we're looking for a professionally proven candidate to be part of this venture with excellent Arabic speaking skills

The role: Develop and grow tyres, batteries, lubricants & spare parts sales across fleet, retail, and government channels. Liaise directly with government entities for brand registration, vendor onboarding, and tenders. Build the business from the ground up and own it.

Candidate should have –

• 5–10 years in UAE automotive aftermarket or related B2B sales
• Bachelors Degree / MBA Preferred
• Fluent Arabic (essential — government-facing role) + strong English
• Proven government liaison experience (vendor registration, tenders)
• Established network among Abu Dhabi fleets and trade
• Dynamic self-starter with a UAE driving licence
