Job Summary: The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing new client accounts for recruitment, outsourcing, and manpower services. You'll build strategic partnerships, negotiate contracts, and align client staffing needs with internal recruitment teams to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, and client meetings.
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored staffing solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to close deals.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are effectively met.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand for talent.
- Reporting: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and prepare reports on performance
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in business development or sales specifically within the recruitment, staffing, or manpower industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and MS Office Suite.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of local staffing trends, hiring regulations, and industry-specific needs (e.g., IT, construction).
