This is a fantastic Business Development Manager opportunity to work with a leading technology services organisation, engaging with C-level executives and generating high-value business across the region.

The Business Development Manager is a hybrid working role, based in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE. Relocation to the UAE is considered for the right candidate.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities across key sectors in the UAE, engaging C-level executives to position solutions in Data & AI, Cyber Security, Cloud, Applications Integration, and Digital Transformation. As a Business Development Manager, the role involves building a strong sales pipeline, collaborating with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to develop effective proposals, and representing the company at client meetings and industry events. The ideal Business Development Manager will have over three years of proven new-business sales experience, ideally in IT services. Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a solid understanding of enterprise technology solutions, and the drive to consistently exceed sales targets is also crucial as a Business Development Manager.

Key Skills as Business Development Manager:

  • 3+ years of proven new-business sales experience, ideally within IT Services or Technology Consulting.
  • Strong ability to engage C-level executives and manage complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Pre-Sales, Consulting, and Delivery teams.
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE/region for client meetings and business development activities.
