About the Role
Capital Travel, part of Tourism 365 under ADNEC Group, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager – Corporate Travel to drive growth across corporate, MICE, and leisure travel segments.
This role is responsible for acquiring and managing key corporate accounts, expanding market share, and delivering tailored travel solutions that support client objectives while achieving commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Acquire new corporate clients and expand existing accounts across corporate travel, MICE, and leisure segments.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets through structured sales planning and pipeline management.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored commercial proposals.
Account Management & Client Engagement
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering value-driven travel solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Commercial & Financial Management
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with pricing and commercial policies.
- Monitor revenue, margins, and receivables to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Collaboration & Operations
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Back Office teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support implementation of corporate travel programs and client onboarding.
Market Development & Representation
- Represent the company at trade shows, client events, and industry forums.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in corporate travel, TMC, or hospitality sales
- Strong understanding of corporate travel programs, procurement processes, and client servicing
- Proven experience in managing high-value corporate accounts
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Experience using CRM systems and travel booking platforms
- IATA / GDS certification is an advantage
