Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Consultant with a strong background in SaaS/AI product sales and solutioning. This role requires a blend of deep technical understanding and strategic sales capabilities to drive enterprise deals, lead complex pre-sales cycles, and position AI-driven solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

    • Engage with prospects to understand business challenges and technical requirements
    • Present and demonstrate AI/SaaS products to clients (demos, walkthroughs, POCs)
    • Translate customer needs into tailored technical solutions
    • Work closely with engineering and product teams for solution customization
    • Manage pre-sales activities including RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation
    • Support the sales team in deal closures by addressing technical queries
    • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor
    • Stay updated on AI trends, SaaS landscape, and competitor offerings
Required Skills

Technical Skills

    • Strong understanding of SaaS / Software Products / AI & Machine Learning basics
    • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and system architecture
    • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
    • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
Sales & Consulting Skills

    • Experience in B2B technical sales / pre-sales / solution consulting
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • Consultative selling approach with problem-solving mindset
    • Ability to manage end-to-end sales support
