Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Business Development Manager - Waste Management. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, developing strategies for market growth, and contributing to the company's sales and revenue objectives. Additional responsibilities include managing client accounts, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends to expand the company's reach in the waste management sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong understanding of waste management industry practices, including hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal
• Demonstrated ability in market analysis, strategic planning, and identifying growth opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently to achieve business targets
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance requirements is an added advantage
