We're looking for someone to join our Marketplace team with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising across Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket Now, and similar ecosystems.

This role is focused on driving revenue growth, visibility, and profitability for multiple brands through structured, performance-led ad strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage paid advertising across Quick Commerce platforms
  • Develop platform-specific strategies to increase revenue and category share
  • Handle end-to-end campaign management for multiple brands simultaneously
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, sales velocity, contribution margins, and profitability
  • Monitor and improve key metrics including CTR, CVR, CPC, ad-attributed sales, and organic uplift
  • Identify scaling opportunities through deep data analysis and smart budget allocation
  • Build structured launch frameworks for new SKUs to drive rapid discovery and ranking
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with clear business insights
  • Stay updated on algorithm shifts, bidding models, and new ad formats, and implement cutting-edge strategies

Requirements

  • 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads on Quick Commerce platforms / Marketplace platforms
  • Experience in a performance marketing agency setup will be a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of retail math, contribution margins, and growth levers
  • High analytical ability and strong comfort with data (Excel proficiency required)
  • Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong performance-driven mindset with a hunger to scale results
