Job Description
Wisely Insure is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our corporate client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, leads, and target markets
- Build relationships with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and events
- Present Wisely's insurance solutions and services to potential clients
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into clients
- Coordinate with insurance companies to provide tailored quotations
- Collaborate with Marketing & Business Development teams on growth initiatives
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience
- Insurance experience is a must
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Fluent English with strong communication & presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and client-focused
- Professional and presentable
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Must own a car
