We are continuing to grow at a rapid pace and are seeking a Growth Officer to help support our team in The United Arab Emirates.

The Role:

As a Growth Officer at Mbrace, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and negotiating contracts to ensure mutual benefit and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients needs.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships or a related role within an agency environment.
  • Agency experience is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
