Mafasel Clinics is a growing, patient-centered clinic dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Operations Manager to help expand our services, improve operational efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase patient volume, revenue, and business scale up
- Identify and build partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers, and corporate clients
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Improve patient experience and service delivery processes
- Lead marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and community outreach
- Manage staff performance, scheduling, and operational workflows
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in healthcare operations, business development, or clinic management
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and operational improvements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with budgeting, reporting, and data analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management systems
