About CALDORIO

CALDORIO is an emerging Dubai-based design brand with a vision spanning architecture, interiors and art. We are building our founding team to create distinctive spaces through thoughtful design, carefully selected materials and precise execution.

The Role

We are looking for a commercially driven professional to help establish and grow our interior design and fit-out business.

This is a hands-on leadership role covering business development, tender coordination, operational setup and project delivery oversight. You will work directly with the Managing Director and collaborate with the Design Lead and QS/Estimator to turn opportunities into profitable, well-delivered projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure interior design and fit-out opportunities across residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors.

• Build relationships with clients, developers, consultants, property managers and other referral partners.

• Manage the sales pipeline, client meetings, proposals, negotiations and follow-up through contract award.

• Coordinate with the Design Lead and QS/Estimator to prepare clear scopes, competitive offers, realistic budgets and delivery programmes.

• Review commercial terms, exclusions, payment milestones and project risks for management approval.

• Establish a reliable network of suppliers, subcontractors and specialist delivery partners.

• Plan project resources, procurement priorities and mobilization requirements.

• Oversee awarded projects through the project team, monitoring programme, budget, quality and client satisfaction.

• Coordinate variations, progress valuations and payment follow-up with commercial and finance support.

• Establish practical procedures for enquiries, tenders, procurement, reporting and project handover.

• Submit regular reports on opportunities, tender status, sales forecasts, project performance and key risks.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated UAE experience in interior design, fit-out or design-and-build businesses.

• A proven record of winning projects and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Practical knowledge of fit-out delivery, estimating, procurement, subcontracting and project coordination.

• Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, specifications and commercial proposals.

• Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills.

• Commercial awareness, including margins, cash flow, payment terms and variations.

• Ability to build processes and take ownership within a growing business.

• A degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, construction management, business or a related discipline is preferred.

• UAE driving licence preferred.
