Working Hours (8 hours Split Shift)Morning:
9:00 AM 2:00 PM (Field + Outreach)
- Visit target areas across Doha (example: Lusail, The Pearl, West Bay, Al Waab, Al Wakrah, etc.)
- Identify active sites and new projects (villas, fit-out, renovations, commercial projects)
- Take photos/videos (from public areas) for documentation and content creation
- Approach site engineers/contractors/companies professionally and introduce Castamo
- Collect full lead details:
- Project location & type
- Company name
- Site engineer / contact person name & phone
- Owner/client name (if available)
- Project stage & next step
- Invite prospects to the showroom or schedule a meeting to present our projects and services
- Daily follow-ups by calls/messages to confirm meetings and keep leads active
Evening:
6:00 PM 9:00 PM (Reporting + Social Media)
- Update the lead sheet and submit a short daily report
- Plan the next day's action list and target areas
- Social media support:
- video ideas and simple scripts
- filming support in showroom/on-site
- organizing photos/videos for posting
Daily Report (Simple Format)
Each day, you will submit a clear summary, for example:
- Area visited (ex: Lusail)
- Number of active projects found
- Details for each project (company + contact + owner if possible + next step)
- Meetings booked / showroom invitations sent
- Pending follow-ups for tomorrow
