From concept design and 3D visualisation to full fit-out and project delivery, we create spaces that combine aesthetics, functionality, and long-term value.

Role Overview

We are seeking a commission-based Business Development Partner to bring new clients and projects.

This is NOT a salaried role

• Paid only after successful deal closure
• High commission per project
• Fully remote
• Flexible working hours

Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients

Generate qualified leads

Present our services (architecture, interiors, fit-out)

Arrange meetings and introductions

Support negotiations and deal closure

Build long-term client relationships

Expand our presence in your local market

Commission Structure

Commission paid after client payment is received

Percentage agreed per project

No cap on earnings

Transparent payment terms

Ideal Profile

Experience in sales, real estate, construction, or business development

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Self-motivated and results-driven

Existing network in property/development is a big plus

Comfortable working on a commission-only basis
