Do you have trusted connections with property developers, real estate groups, holding groups or family offices involved in property development

PlusRender is looking for a well-connected partner to introduce us to decision-makers in Dubai and help develop long-term client relationships. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. Your network, credibility and ability to make relevant introductions matter most.

About PlusRender

We help developers design, present and sell their projects, with clients including WASL, Ellington, Imkan, etc.

Our AI-powered platforms let buyers explore developments in 360°, ask questions and find suitable homes, while sales teams receive buyer profiles and lead scores. We also produce premium renders, virtual tours and films. Through our sister studio, Whiterock, we offer architecture, interior design and master-plan design, supporting projects from early concepts through to sales.

Your role

• Identify relevant projects and opportunities within your network.
• Introduce us to owners, senior management, and development, marketing or design decision-makers.
• Arrange meetings and help us understand each client's needs.
• Support follow-ups and maintain relationships with the clients you introduce.

Our team leads demonstrations, technical discussions, proposals and delivery. You can focus on introductions or take a more active role in developing accounts, depending on your experience and availability.

Who we're looking for

• An established network within Dubai's property development industry.
• Direct access to relevant decision-makers.
• Professional communication and reliable follow-through.
• Availability for introductions, meetings and follow-ups.
• Comfortable communicating in English; Arabic is a plus.

This could suit an independent consultant, industry adviser, architect, broker or other professional with strong developer relationships. Individuals and companies are welcome.

Compensation

An attractive commission package with strong earning potential on new projects and repeat business from the clients you introduce.

This is a flexible, independent partnership with no fixed salary. Your level of involvement can range from introductions to ongoing account development, with compensation reflecting your contribution.

Full commission terms will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
