Role Overview

The Sales / Business Development Executive will drive sales of PRO and business support services across the UAE by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires solid UAE market knowledge and proven experience in corporate services sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business for PRO and corporate services (visa processing, company formation, government liaison, license renewals).
  • Identify and develop leads for business support services such as HR, payroll, and recruitment outsourcing.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Stay updated on UAE regulations and market trends.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 24 years of UAE sales / business development experience, preferably in PRO or corporate services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of UAE labour and immigration processes is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license mandatory.

Package - AED 7000/month
