Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of airline and international partnership strategies aligned with corporate growth priorities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities with airlines, global operators, and international entities
- Structure commercial agreements covering commercial terms, service models, revenue sharing, and performance metrics
- Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle from opportunity assessment through negotiation, onboarding, and activation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align partnership models with operational, legal, financial, and brand requirements
- Monitor partnership performance against commercial targets, contractual commitments, and strategic objectives
- Prepare business cases, financial models, and market analyses to support partnership decisions and approvals
- Represent the organization in international forums, negotiations, and strategic discussions with global partners
- Bachelor's degree in Business Business Administration, Aviation Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
- This role typically requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation business development, commercial partnerships, or service monetization roles
- Strong negotiation, deal structuring, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-party commercial agreements
- High commercial acumen with strong analytical and financial modeling skills
