Job Brief:
We are looking for two energetic and results-driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our client's B2B sales team. Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling high-quality appointments with decision-makers across global markets. This is a communication-heavy role that requires high levels of clarity, confidence, and persistence to build a robust sales pipeline.
Job Responsibilities:
- Outreach:Conduct consistent outbound calling and personalized email outreach to B2B prospects.
- Lead Qualification:Evaluate inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria to ensure high-quality opportunities.
- Appointment Setting:Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team.
- CRM Management:Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM.
- Nurturing:Follow up diligently with prospects to drive engagement and increase conversion rates.
- Collaboration:Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.
Job Requirements:
- Experience:12 years of proven experience in B2B Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or BDR roles.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Sales Acumen:Strong phone presence with the ability to handle objections and navigate gatekeepers confidently.
- Mindset:Highly motivated to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills:Multilingual candidates are highly preferred.
- Global Exposure:Prior experience selling to international markets is considered a significant advantage.
