Business Development - F&B Retail Leasing & Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Emirati to drive F&B retail expansion initiatives across Dubai. The successful candidate will identify new growth opportunities, secure prime retail locations, manage landlord relationships, and support the execution of expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate new F&B retail expansion opportunities.

Lead site selection, leasing negotiations, and partnership discussions.

Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments.

Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, and key stakeholders.

Prepare business cases and support strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development within F&B retail leasing and expansion.

Strong knowledge of retail leasing, site acquisition, and market analysis.

Proven experience negotiating with landlords and retail partners.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English.
