Business Development / Sales – Smart Home & Integrated Systems

Dubai, UAE

Redwood Technologies delivers high-end smart home and integrated technology solutions for luxury residential projects. We work with private clients, developers, architects, and designers to create homes that are intelligent, seamless, and beautifully executed.

We're looking for someone commercially driven, relationship-focused, and proactive. Someone who enjoys opening doors, building connections, and turning conversations into real opportunities.

The Role

This is not a typical sales role.

You will:

  • Build and develop relationships with architects, designers, developers, and private clients
  • Engage with inbound enquiries and convert them into structured opportunities
  • Open new doors through networking, referrals, and consistent outreach
  • Work closely with our solution consultants to develop proposals
  • Support the deal through to closure alongside senior leadership

You won't be expected to deliver technical designs, but you should be comfortable discussing smart home solutions at a high level.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong drive, initiative, and consistency in following up opportunities
  • A natural ability to build relationships and earn trust
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how deals progress
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with a high level of professionalism in client-facing situations
  • Confidence in professional, high-end environments
  • Interest in technology (no deep technical background required)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams

Experience is valuable, but mindset and attitude matter more.
