Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • The role is 70% endodontic product sales and 30% training of employees across MENA
  • Develop and execute an employee training strategy aligned with organizational goals for the MENA region
  • Assess sales team skills, identify development needs, and provide field coaching to enhance performance
  • Design individualized coaching plans and deliver targeted training to address skill gaps
  • Track the impact of training programs, offering recommendations for improvement
  • Support sales leaders in developing their teams through coaching and cross-functional development
  • Periodically evaluate team product knowledge and facilitate ongoing education on product portfolios
  • Train distributor sales staff on product ranges and support their onboarding into new markets
  • Partner with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to implement strategies for growing the business, including identifying suitable distributors
  • Conduct joint field visits with staff and distributors to promote products
  • Identify clinical education needs and coordinate with the Clinical Education team to deliver targeted programs
  • Maximize the use of the company's training platforms and evaluate the ROI of training initiatives
  • Manage regional training budgets and ensure alignment with quality standards and compliance requirements

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a clinical or technical field (e.g., medical, dental, or dental hygiene) or equivalent professional qualifications
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in business development with a global multinational in an Endo specialized company
  • Experience planning and coordinating continuing education events, preferably with French language skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online tools
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Background in dentistry is advantageous
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally
