Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our healthcare team in Abha. The Business Development Specialist plays a key role in identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, conducting market analysis, and supporting revenue expansion initiatives, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
  • Support sales, marketing, and branding strategies to increase market share.
  • Lead and follow up on business development plans and initiatives.
  • Participate in negotiations, contracts, and partnership discussions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align business development efforts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and regulations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Business development and sales expertise (healthcare sector preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
