The Business Development Specialist plays a key role in identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, conducting market analysis, and supporting revenue expansion initiatives, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Support sales, marketing, and branding strategies to increase market share.
- Lead and follow up on business development plans and initiatives.
- Participate in negotiations, contracts, and partnership discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align business development efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and regulations.
