Job Overview:
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, and supporting growth opportunities for Baraya Extended Care. The role focuses on referral development, partnerships, market analysis, and supporting strategic initiatives across inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.

Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Educations and Certificates:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Professional certification in sales, marketing, or healthcare management is an advantage
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in business development, sales, or healthcare marketing
- Experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, or medical services preferred
- Knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market and payer environment is an advantage
Skills and Professional Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of business development and sales principles
- Knowledge of healthcare referral pathways and partnership models
- Market analysis, reporting, and presentation skills
- Negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Analytical and opportunity-driven mindset
Language:
- Proficiency in written, read and spoken Arabic and English languages
Roles and Responsibilities (But not limited to)
- General Roles and Responsibilities
-Support Baraya's growth strategy and service expansion initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and partners
- Represent Baraya professionally in external interaction
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business and referral opportunities
- Build relationships with hospitals, insurers, physicians, and healthcare partners
- Support contract discussions and partnership agreements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases
- Track referrals, leads, and business development KPIs
- Coordinate with clinical, operations, and finance teams
- Represent Baraya at meetings, events, and conferences
- Support marketing and awareness initiatives
- Provide reports and insights to management on growth performance
