Role Description This is a full-time role for a Business Development Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Business Development Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and support revenue growth across BOOST's training and consulting services. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and nurturing leads, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs. The role involves managing client interactions, delivering high-quality presentations and product overviews, and maintaining accurate records in reporting tools. The specialist will also collaborate with marketing and operations to refine go-to-market strategies, support key account management, and contribute to continuous improvement in business development processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends, segments, and growth opportunities.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client relationships, and deliver clear, persuasive presentations.
• Proven experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a sales pipeline.
• Experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within training, consulting, or professional services.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across office and remote settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in English and Arabic .
