Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate implementation of both financial and technical requirements across all partnership activities and business initiatives.
  • Maintain and regularly update the database of clients, partner companies, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Build and sustain strong professional relationships with clients, industrial partners, and academic institutions to support ongoing collaboration and future business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify and evaluate new business opportunities that support organizational growth and strategic goals.
  • Coordinate the delivery, collection, and follow-up of financial requests, ensuring timely processing and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction by analyzing feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending enhancement plans.
  • Support the development and finalization of new curricula, ensuring alignment with the needs and standards of partner companies.
  • Prepare high-quality business proposals and presentations tailored to clients requirements and the organization's objectives.
  • Organize and monitor schedules of educational activities for STA students in coordination with academic and industry partners.
  • Ensure the proper processing and follow-up of financial claims and payments related to client and partner engagements.

Qualification & Education:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.

Years of Experience: 2-5 years of experience working in a development role or sales, preferably in the FMCG, Telecom, Industrial sectors

Language: Excellent in written and spoken English

Other Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to conduct market research and analyze business trends

High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Proficient in MS Office and CRM/database systems

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel projects
