Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate client needs into strategic opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored solutions
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches aligned with client objectives
Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups
Attend meetings, events, and industry gatherings to expand the company's network
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
Experience in marketing, advertising, or digital agencies is a strong plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into business opportunities
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
