Business Development Specialist – Fire Protection

Nineti's Life Safety & Security division is moving beyond single-site service contracts into recurring relationships with the Kingdom's largest asset owners — real estate developers, MEP contractors, and multi-site enterprise chains. We're looking for a business development specialist who already knows these buyers, has the relationships to prove it, and can start opening doors in the first month.
About NinetiNineti (Qiam Arbaa LLC) is a Dammam-based contracting and engineering consulting firm serving clients across the Eastern Province and the wider Kingdom. We operate across three divisions — Life Safety & Security (fire protection, fire alarm, CCTV), Environmental EHS Consulting, and fire safety product distribution — supporting clients in oil & gas, real estate, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
About the RoleYou will start from scratch to build Nineti's company prequalification file, develop the policies and procedures for vendor registration, and register Nineti as an approved vendor with major enterprise clients. This is an independent, hands-on role with minimal team support, and you are expected to own and drive the full process yourself. Within your first three months, you are expected to deliver at least 3 active enterprise vendor registrations with clients such as SABIC, Saudi Electricity Company, Royal Commission, Ma'aden, Saline Water Authority and similar large asset owners.
What You'll Do• Develop the company prequalification file and vendor registration policies from scratch, and complete vendor registrations with target enterprise clients.
• Penetrate the corporate structure of target clients through close follow-ups and professional coordination with procurement, facilities, and technical departments
• Identify, track, and maintain records of key contact persons and decision makers within each account, and build direct working relationships with them
• Work independently with no or minimal team support — plan, execute, and follow up on all registrations, submissions, and client communications yourself, end to end
• Identify and pursue new business with real estate developers, MEP contractors, and multi-site chain/enterprise accounts across the Eastern Province and beyond
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of fire protection and life safety opportunities, from first contact through contract award
• Represent Nineti in client meetings, site visits, and tender/prequalification processes
• Develop pricing and proposal strategies together with the technical and estimation teams
• Grow relationships with existing chain and enterprise clients to unlock repeat and multi-site business
• Report pipeline activity, win rates, and account status to the Head of Life Safety & Security
• Track Saudi fire protection and Civil Defense regulatory developments that shape client decisions
What We're Looking ForRequired• 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in fire protection, fire alarm, MEP, or related life safety/construction services in Saudi Arabia
• An established network of contacts among real estate developers, MEP contractors, or enterprise/chain facility owners in the Kingdom
• A track record of closing new business, with specific deals you can speak to
• A self-starter mindset — comfortable working alone with no or minimal team support and full ownership of results
• Working knowledge of the Saudi fire protection and Civil Defense regulatory landscape
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Valid Saudi driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
Preferred• Experience selling into large enterprise or multi-site chain accounts (retail, hospitality, healthcare, or industrial)
• Familiarity with NFPA, Saudi Building Code (SBC), or Civil Defense requirements
• Existing relationships with procurement or facilities teams at national chains or developers
