Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Giza. The Business Development Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, focusing on clients in key sectors such as Automotive, Furniture, Hospitality, and E-commerce. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and executing lead generation activities through calls, emails, events, and digital channels. The role involves delivering tailored presentations, preparing proposals and pricing, and collaborating with production and creative teams to align client needs with studio capabilities. The specialist will nurture client relationships, track performance against sales targets, and provide regular reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends, map competitors, and qualify opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion in B2B environments.
  • Background in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within media, production, advertising, or related creative industries.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate client requirements into clear briefs.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, revenue targets).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus, especially for regional and international client interactions.
