Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: ALexandria

Working hours & days: 10 am : 6 pm Sun-Wed (office) Thu (remotely) .. Fri & Sat weekend

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion & Sales Cycle Management: Qualify and convert company-provided leads into clients. This involves introducing services, effectively showcasing our portfolio, presenting compelling proposals, and skillfully closing deals.
  • Pipeline Development: Proactively build and manage your own sales pipeline by identifying new potential clients through market research, networking, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Client Pitching & Presentations: Master and execute the full spectrum of sales pitchesfrom engaging cold calls and emails to delivering tailored, persuasive presentations that turn prospects into loyal, paying clients.
  • Performance & Target Driven: Consistently achieve and exceed key performance metrics, including booking a minimum of 10+ proposal meetings per week and meeting quarterly sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Nurture and grow strong, lasting relationships with clients. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Exploration: Actively research new market trends, segments, and opportunities to contribute to LOOJ's strategic expansion and competitive edge.
  • Administration & CRM: Maintain meticulous organization by updating the company CRM daily with all lead activities, communication notes, and scheduled follow-ups, ensuring data accuracy and pipeline visibility.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills):

  • Proven Closer: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related client-facing role. Experience within an agency or the creative industry is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional Communicator: A confident, persuasive, and fluent communicator in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Proactive & Positive Mindset: A self-starter who takes initiative, maintains a positive attitude under pressure, and is relentlessly focused on achieving outcomes.
  • Extroverted & Energetic: You thrive in social and professional settings, drawing energy from building new connections and networking.
  • Creative Problem-Solver: You think outside the box to engage potential clients creatively and adapt your approach to overcome challenges and objections.
