Business Development Specialist

About the Role

Keeta is looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Business Development Specialistto support the expansion and growth of our merchant network in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new merchant partners, and managing and growing the existing restaurant partners.

What You'll Do

• Identify, engage, and onboard new restaurant partners across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, expanding Keeta's merchant network and market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, increasing merchant activity and deepening long-term partnerships.
• Support merchant onboarding, launch, and operational setup to ensure a smooth experience on the platform.
• Gather merchant feedback to support operational strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, and Product to support merchant growth initiatives.
• Monitor merchant performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, growth, and overall business performance.
• Provide day-to-day support to merchant partners and act as a trusted point of contact.

What We Need From You

• Experience in sale and possession of UAE driver's license is mandatory.
• Arabic language fluency is an advantage.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and business negotiation skills.
• Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, internet platforms, or local F&B services is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, merchant acquisition, sales, partnerships, or account management.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and business growth.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
