Hello Group is looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our growing live streaming and social entertainment business.

About the Role

This role is focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities, attracting users and communities to our applications, and supporting the growth of our platform through partnerships and active market hunting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential users, communities, agencies, and business partners.

• Conduct active hunting and outreach to develop new business opportunities.

• Introduce and promote our applications and services to potential partners and users.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and communities.

• Follow up with potential partners and leads to achieve business and growth targets.

• Support user acquisition and platform growth through different business development activities.

• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for expansion.

• Work closely with internal teams to support business growth and achieve team targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Tele-Sales, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Good hunting and follow-up skills.

• Proactive, energetic, and target-oriented.

• Willingness to learn and develop within the live streaming and social entertainment industry.

• English level B1 or above.

Preferred

• Previous experience in Sales or Business Development.

• Experience in hunting, lead generation, or client acquisition.

• Interest in social entertainment, live streaming, or digital platforms.
